Merchant of record for all purchases: Lemon Squeezy, LLC, a Stripe company, which appears as the seller on your invoice and card statement and handles VAT, refunds and chargebacks under its terms.

Privacy

We collect what is needed to run the service: your email and name at checkout, payment data processed by Lemon Squeezy (we never see card numbers), and basic server logs. We use Lemon Squeezy (payments, invoices, customer portal), Vercel (hosting), [Notion / members page provider] for the members page, and [email provider] for transactional email. We do not sell data. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest for logs. Data controller: the service provider named in the imprint.

Terms

• xrocket is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in every receipt) or by email; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Starter gives access to a members page. Coach adds one chat session per week with your coach, at a time agreed with you. Personal adds 30 written posts per month delivered in a shared document.
• Content is advice and drafts. You decide what to post from your own account. We make no guarantee of follower counts or revenue; figures on the site are measured examples, not promises.
• Unused coaching sessions or undelivered posts do not roll over unless we agree in writing.
• Do not share members-page access. We may end a subscription for abuse and refund the unused period.
• Governing law: [your country of residence]. Consumers keep the rights of their home country.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Starter gives immediate access to digital content, at checkout you agree that the service starts right away and the withdrawal right is waived once you open the members page. Coach and Personal can be withdrawn within 14 days minus the value of sessions or posts already delivered. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. If something is broken on our side, email us and we refund the month.
